- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We bought a car and when we ran the title we found out Loan Star Title Loans had a lien on the vehicle. We called them to get information to pay off the loan. Instead of calling us back to "problem solve" they snuck over and towed the car. It had all of my daughter's musical equipment in the car. The refused to let us get our stuff from the car, even though we had proof that we purchased the vehicle. They said we would have to wait a week!! This equipment is used DAILY for my daughter's job. She supports her baby singing. We bought the car in good faith. We repaired the car. This lender has done everything possible to screw us further. Don't get a loan from them. If this is how they treat people trying to give them money, I don't wanna see how the treat people who need to borrow money. THey repoed that car just so they could add on more fees! Then the manager and regional manger refused to return calls. Title loans are always a rip off, but these people are CROOKS.
